What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files that a website may store on your device. We also use similar technologies, such as browser local storage, so that certain functions work correctly.
Some technologies are necessary to provide the service. Others allow us to measure Vincua usage or attribute campaign results, where applicable and according to the relevant preferences and requirements.

These technologies make it possible to sign in, secure the platform, maintain an active session and remember progress through the initial onboarding tour.

Third-party measurement and marketing
Vincua includes Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager on certain public, business, platform and checkout pages. These tools may process browsing information to measure visits, registrations, checkout and conversions.
Google Tag Manager manages tags. The specific cookies it may install depend on the active tags. Meta Pixel is used to measure interactions and conversions.

Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The steps depend on the browser you use. If you block necessary cookies, you may be unable to sign in, make payments or use parts of the platform correctly.
Third-party technologies are also governed by Meta, Google and Mercado Pago policies. We recommend consulting their privacy notices and control options directly on their websites.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the technologies we use or the way we provide the service changes. The current version will be published on this page.
